These terms apply when you use SwiftOTP through our website, our Telegram bot (@SwiftOTPng_bot) or our API. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

SwiftOTP resells temporary virtual phone numbers from third-party providers so you can receive a one-time verification code (OTP) by SMS. Each number is for a single verification. Numbers are not kept for you and cannot be used again later.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SwiftOTP for:

You must also follow the terms of the apps you verify. We may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders and hold balances that are linked to abuse, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

4. Wallet and payments

5. Numbers and codes

Numbers come from third-party providers and their availability changes all the time. We can't promise that a particular app will accept a number, or that an account will stay active after verification. We are not responsible for accounts that third-party apps later restrict or ban.

6. Refunds

No code, no charge. If the code doesn't arrive, cancel the order (or let it expire after 15 minutes) and the full price is returned to your wallet automatically. No refund is given once a code has been received. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Referrals and API

Referral rewards are paid as wallet credit only. We may change the referral rate or withhold rewards obtained through abuse. API keys are personal, and every purchase made with them is charged to your wallet.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost accounts.

9. Changes and contact

We may update prices, features and these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date. Questions? Use our Support centre or the Support menu in @SwiftOTPng_bot.
